Skip Weber is the President of Realty Seminars, Inc. (RSI) and for the last 22 years has been the Director of Education for RSI's subsidiary, Polley Associates, The Real Estate Education Company, the largest real estate education provider in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. He has 28 years experience in "the real estate education by regulation" business as an instructor, curriculum coordinator, administrator and more importantly course marketer.

Skip is currently a 17-year member and the current Chairman of the Voluntary Education Advisory Committee to the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission. He is an Advisory Board member to the National Association of REALTOR®, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC).

Under his leadership, Polley Associates has processed more certified members to REBAC than any other education institution in the US. In 1991/92 he served as the national President for the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).
