Hugo C. A. “Skip” Weber, Jr., ABR started his real estate education career as an instructor for the Temple University Real Estate Institute in 1974. By 1978 he merged his love for teaching with a new entrepreneurial venture, Realty Seminars, Inc. In 1980 Skip and his wife/partner, Donna, acquired Polley Associates, a small Pennsylvania real estate school. With Skip as the Director of Education and the support of Donna as well as an outstanding staff, Polley Associates has expanded to become Pennsylvania’s largest real estate school. Each year thousands of men and women start their real estate careers with Polley Associates pre-license courses and many more thousands continue their real estate careers with Polley Associates pre-broker and CE courses.

Skip is dedicated to “looking for and solving success problems”. Add the basic marketing position “to give more than you take” and you have one of the keys to Skip’s business philosophy. Skip is a 23 year member and past Chair for the Voluntary Education Advisory Committee to the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission. He is a charter member and past national president (1991/92) of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). He is a current and charter Advisory Board member to the National Association of REALTORS®, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC). In November of 2002 REBAC inducted Skip into the REBAC Hall of Fame in recognition of Polley Associates and his service to REBAC and buyer agents across the country.

He is one of the six founders of Inner Circle Education the predecessor to RealtyU. Currently, using Skip’s leadership, Polley Associates has been introducing hundreds of Pennsylvania licensees to the RealtyU sponsored Seller Agency Council’s Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) designation course.
