ALISO VIEJO, CA. December 28, 2005 – Previously
the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation has announced that Jeremy Conaway, Stephen
Roney, Kenneth Jenny, Thomas Dooley, Stu Siegel, Dr. Kenneth Edwards, Greg Herder
and Kendra Shearer had all accepted invitations to serve as Foundation Advisors
and Official Judges for the 2006. The Foundation has announced that joining
them are four additional real estate luminaries: NBC Apprentice Winner Kendra
Todd, Real Estate Broker Extraordinaire Lennox Scott, Real Estate Top Producer
Terry Moeler and Real Estate Educator Hugo “Skip” Weber. “This
is a magnificent group of 12 people - all heavy-hitters that are stepping
up to bat on behalf of Rookie agents,” said Stefan Swanepoel, Founder of
The Foundation.
Kendra Todd
Kendra Todd – a top producing RE/MAX agent – was hired by Donald
Trump as the first female winner of NBC’s “The Apprentice” (the
hit TV show created by Mark Burnett has no affiliation with the non profit real
estate grant program “Real Estate Apprentice.”) Kendra began her
first stage of apprenticeship under Carolyn Kepcher, Executive Vice President
of the Trump Organization and Donald Trump’s right-hand woman on the popular
reality TV show. She began working with Carolyn at the Trump National Gold
Club in Westchester County, to begin her integration into the Trump Organization. Her
training was focused on evaluating the potential of national and international
properties for purchase and development of golf courses. Following her
three months training with Carolyn, Kendra returned to her home state of Florida
to oversee the Trump Organization’s renovation of Palm Beach Mansion, a
48,000+ square foot oceanfront property.
Kendra is an ambitious and highly successful real estate agent and marketing
entrepreneur. She may appear to be a bubbly, blue-eyed blonde, but underneath
that soft exterior lays an intense, perfectionist personality. Though her father
was a top gun fighter pilot, it was her homemaker mother who taught her some
of the most valuable life lessons: The importance of education and recognizing
that in order to be a strong, independent woman, she must learn to support herself.
Ms. Todd obtained her undergraduate degree in linguistics from the University
of Florida, and upon graduation became the founding Editor-in-Chief of a lifestyle
magazine in South Florida. Kendra went on to obtain her real estate license,
which she hangs at RE/MAX Advantage Plus in Boca Raton, FL and incorporated her
media expertise into the development of My House Real Estate, Inc. an innovative
marketing company specializing in preconstruction and condo conversions
real estate projects. My House Real Estate, Inc.'s marketing strategies are unique,
and have generated involvement in marketing some of Florida's most sought after
real estate. Additionally, she is "Special Agent 53" on My House, Florida's
#1 real estate investment talk radio show on Clear Channel Radio. Upon acceptance
of the position on the Real Estate Apprentice Grant’s Official Judging
Panel for 2006, Kendra said: “The Real Estate Apprentice Grant Program
is a great idea and I am very pleased to be involved with it as an Official Judge
for 2006.”
