ALISO VIEJO, CA, Feb 3rd, 2006 – The
names, photos, biographies, and essays of the top 30 applicants for Season III
have now been sent to a panel of 14 independent Judges. These real estate
industry luminaries http://www.realestateapprentice.com/season/3/judges will
review the applications and make their final decision public within 2-3 weeks. According
to Dr. Martin Oliver, Deputy Executive Director of The Foundation, culling the
group down to 30 Semi-finalists from thousands of applications was a difficult
and challenging assignment. “We had a marvelous applicant outpouring representing
super talented men and women. We only wish that we had the ability to make everyone
a Finalist,” he said. The Foundation Judges must now decide who is
likely to achieve the most immediate success based on the granting of $125,000
in real estate education products and services. All Real Estate Apprentice
Grants are free and require no payback or application fee. Applications
are evaluated on the basis of answers to essay questions that demonstrate salesmanship,
communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, creativity and uniqueness.
