Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate School (HPW) is owned and operated by Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, one of the largest real estate companies in nation with more than 8,500 transactions a year and 1.7 billion in sales commission. This school is lead by Tom Mangum, who has been teaching since 1978. HPW Real Estate School became members of the RealtyU® Network of real estate schools and colleges in 2002.
The Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate School offers Fundamentals & Brokers pre-licensing, designation, continuing education, and math and state board review courses to Real Estate professionals throughout North Carolina. The school is also a member of the RealtyU network, the nation's largest network of real estate educators. Collectively, the RealtyU network consists of 40 accredited schools and has 500 qualified educators that offer more than 5,000 different courses and programs per year. Terry Farr Seminars is a real estate education center fully accredited by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission since 1988. Full-time instructors offer day, evening and weekend classes for salespersons and brokers. Terry Farr Seminars became part of the RealtyU® Network of schools and colleges in September of 2007.
Terry Farr School of Real Estate offers both day, evening and weekend classes for salesperson course, day and evening classes for the broker courses. All of our full-time instructors are active in their respective fields and are members of both the Fayetteville Association of REALTORS® and the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association.
We offer Continuing Education courses on a varying schedule in an effort to meet the needs of our students. A variety of electives are available regularly at our schools while select courses are offered statewide. For more information concerning these courses please contact the school.
