Mary Ann Bush

As owner of Bush Training, Mary Ann brings a unique perspective to training courses. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 1983 and Broker/Owner of Bush Real Estate since 1990, Mary Ann has a vast experience as a REALTOR® with listing and sales experience in residential, commercial, and investment properties, along with experience in property management. She has accomplished the designations of ABR, C-CREC, CRS, GRI, the NAR certification At Home With Diversity, the Senior Housing Specialist certification, and several educational and production awards. With this experience and education she can better relate to fellow agents.

One of the main reasons she became a real estate educator was her belief that through education we are better able to equip ourselves with the tools necessary to serve the public in the highest professional and ethical manner possible. For the past 17 years she has tried to instill in the thousand of students she has taught, the importance of maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Bush Training joined RealtyU®® in January of 2003, and one year later, in January of 2004, Bush Training was awarded the RealtyU® "Certificate of Excellence" for outstanding performance and lasting contribution in RealtyU®® Education. As a trainer, Mary Ann received the "5.0 Club Award", representing participant evaluations that recognized her, on a scale of 1-5, as a "perfect 5.0" trainer.

Bush Training has a vast portfolio of personal and professional development courses that serve everyone from the beginning agent to the experienced broker. Strategic Planning courses for state and local associations and real estate offices are amongst the options. Having trained for 90% of the Local Associations in Michigan and being the most requested trainer for the GRI I and GRI II series for the State Association, Bush Training has grown by the referrals of satisfied agents, brokers, companies and associations. Her training courses have taken her throughout the entire state of Michigan and outside of Michigan when working with Floyd Wickman as a trainer for the Sweathogs® Selling Skills Course.

Mary Ann is also an author of real estate and personal development courses. Having served as a Michigan State Police Trooper for 5 years, one of her priorities is the safety of the real estate agent. Because of this concern she has authored a course on Agent Safety which provides the agent with both proactive and reactive information.

We believe our company has been a success because of our focus on our vision statement.
