ALISO VIEJO, CA, March 7, 2006 – Hugh
Ryall, president of the Carolina Career Center, a RealtyU® Affiliate in South
Carolina, has been named Instructor of the Year for 2005 by the Luxury Home Council
(LHC). According to Scot Spalding, LHC Director, “Hugh is an incredible
instructor and his students rave about his knowledge of the luxury home market.”
The Luxury Home Council is the owner of the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist
course and ALHS designation, and is offering this course to real estate agents
specializing in serving affluent areas and customers across the country. After
completing the two-day Accredited Luxury Home Specialist course agents are required
to prove that they meet or exceed the minimum standards of achievement by demonstrating
their expertise in the Luxury Home market segment according to the requirements
laid down by the Council. The luxury home market is defined as being composed
of homes that are twice the price of others in their market. The goal
of the course is to prepare ALHS agents to provide exceptional service to affluent
clients though rigorous education focusing on the luxury home market and their
understanding of the special demands of affluent buyers and sellers.

Ryall has been the recipient of many accolades over the years including being
honored as the “Outstanding Educator of the Year by the South Carolina
Association of REALTORS®, he is a lifetime member of the Columbia Board of
REALTORS® Million Dollar Club, a senior instructor for the REALTORS® Education
Foundation in South Carolina and has taught extensively at the state and local
levels for the South Carolina Real Estate Commission the Greater Columbia Association
of REALTORS®, and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS. Ryall
was among the first twelve members ever tapped for membership in the Real Estate
Buyers Agent (REBAC) Hall of Fame which honors outstanding leaders in the field
of Buyer Agency and was named by Agency Law Quarterly as one of the Top 50 Agency
Instructors in the country the past two years.
Over the years he has continually served the industry in various capacities including: President
of the Palmetto Real Estate Educators Association, National Marketing Committee
Chairman for the Real Estate Educators Association, the National Education Chairman
for the National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents. He has also been
a great spokesman for the industry over the years: A featured speaker at
the Real Estate Educators Association National Convention and the NAEBA National
Convention. He has served on the Board of Directors of REEA, as the Region 6
REEA Regional Vice President, as a program chairman for REEA National Conference
and as member of the RealtyU® National Advisory Council.
