Jim Remley
Jim Remley entered the real estate business at age 19 he quickly landed on his feet taking 8 listings in his first month, and closing his first sale. Building on each success, and learning from every failure Jim created a system that enabled him list over 150 properties, hold 114 active listings, mail out over 20,000 pieces of mail and close over $9 million dollars, all in one year.
He quickly became listed as one of the top 100 agents within a large national franchise. From there he opened his first Real Estate Company at the age of 23, and today is the owner in six successful firms. Using the same passion for systems and excellence he developed a recruiting and retention system that allowed his company to achieve a record breaking 25% increase in closed volume every year for the past five years!
Jim lives with his family in Southern Oregon and is a sought after speaker at the board, state, and convention levels. Jim also provides ongoing consulting to companies and has an extensive personal coaching program.
His recent accomplishments include:
- Awarded Rookie Instructor of the Year from REBAC/RealtyU® in 2001
- Awarded the Instructor Pacesetter award from Realty-U in 2002
- Helped raise over $35,000 dollars for MDA between 1994-1998
