Sales agent, sales manager, sales trainer, associate broker, principal broker and owner since 1975 - Jim Coleman has been it all.

Jim is an ERA National Top Producer and Lifetime Member in the Million Dollar Club. He holds the following designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI), and Graduate of REALTORS® Institute (GRI).

As an Approved and Accredited RealtyU® Educator Jim has trained thousands of REALTORS®, been a GRI Instructor, been awarded the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation by the National Real Estate Educators Association and is currently also active in providing education for the ABR and ABRM designations through REBAC.

Jim established Real Estate Specialists, his own training and education business. He is a Certified Instructor and Independent Agent for TOP PRODUCER® SYSTEMS and has developed several state-approved courses dealing with critical current issues, including "Agency," "Ethics," Risk Management," "Using Executive Associates and Personal Assistants," "How to Keep a Buyer," "Basic Real Estate Investing," "Managing your High Tech Brokerage," and "Using Technology to Dominate Your Market."
