Founded in 1969, Real Estate Certification Program (RECP) is the largest, most successful real estate school in Indiana. School Director Stephen Martin and co-owner Tom Battle are authors and real estate educators with 28 years of experience overseeing the delivery of executive education to over 250,000 people. In 1984, Stephen Martin served as the National President of the Real Estate Educators Association. He and partner Tom Battle were co-founders of the RealtyU® Network of real estate schools and colleges in 1994.
