Rhonda Hamilton offers motivational seminars, provides educational and professional development training, brokerage consulting, and delivers keynote speeches nationally for businesses, associations and other organizations. She loves speaking and training, but loves listening and learning as well, and believes that through the process of educating others, she will receive the greater educational benefits.

In 2003, she founded her own real estate training company, Rhonda Hamilton Learning Services, which quickly gained in reputation and popularity.   Prior to the beginning of her full-time training career, she was a successful real estate professional with approximately 18 active years in-the-field as a salesperson.  The skill she gained through her own experience allows her to bring relevant, practical knowledge to those she trains.  January 2007, AllStar Academy of Real Estate was born when she decided to expand her training operation and merge with her new business partner in opening a real estate school in the Dallas area.  As partners, they share the same vision and commitment to provide the finest education possible.  They believe that, “by focusing on the success of others”, they too will achieve.

As a national speaker/trainer, organizations she has presented nationally for include National Association of Realtors® (NAR®), Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC®), Women’s Council of Realtors®, and Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).  Rhonda’s motto, “Reaching New Heights”, says it all with regard to her dedication to excellence and intended outcome in the providing of real estate education.  No matter what Rhonda does, whether it’s training a handful of people, instructing a seminar, or speaking to a large group, she gives 110% to the effort. She has dedicated herself to providing top-notch, hands-on, interactive seminars that are full of interesting and motivating material, and practical, real-life information that the real estate professional will be able to use in their everyday practice. This is evidenced by the fact that sheis a favorite among those who have taken her seminars and stays busy with repeat and referral business – all due to happy participants. People leave her seminars more confidant, skilled, and excited about their future business as a real estate professional.

Rhonda believes that personal and professional success begins from within.  Her mission is to empower people with the skills and attitudes needed in order to reach new heights and make a meaningful difference in their personal and professional lives.  She is dedicated to helping others build a better self, build a better business and thereby build a better world. 

Besides being devoted to helping others develop and improve skills, which will ultimately raise their level of profitability, she is also dedicated to self-improvement and often attends classes to sharpen her own skills and abilities. Designations and certifications that she holds include ABR, ASR, ALHS, GRI, C-CREC, LTG, PMN, SRES, New Home Sales Specialist, and she is One America: At Home With Diversity certified.    

Rhonda is passionate about education, therefore, when time allows, she eagerly helps with projects and activities.  She recently assisted in the latest revision of the ABR course and she currently serves on the NAR® Professional Development Committee.  Also, she is actively involved as a member of the Real Estate Educators Association. 

Rhonda is also an author and recently co-authored the re-write of REBAC's Innovative Marketing Techniques for Buyer Representatives course. She has written numerous real estate courses that are approved for continuing education credit and she also co-authored Texas Association of REALTORS new Quick Start course, which is a course for beginning real estate agents.  She is one of two instructors in the state of Texas certified to train trainers as an (ITI) Instructor Training Institute Instructor for the Texas Association of REALTORS®.

• Awarded RealtyU®/REBAC® "5.0 Club Award" for receiving perfect student evaluations in 2004 in REBAC courses

• Awarded "Pacesetter Award" in 2004 for being in the RealtyU Top 10 Educators in the nation.
• Awarded Pacesetter Award in 2005 for being in the RealtyU Top 10 Educators in the nation.
