RHONDA HAMILTON

Rhonda offers motivational seminars, provides educational and professional development training, brokerage consulting, and delivers keynote speeches for Rhonda Hamilton Learning Services, the company that she founded in 2002. Her motto, "Reaching New Heights", says it all with regard to her dedication to excellence and intended outcome in the providing of real estate education. No matter what Rhonda does, whether it's training a handful of people, teaching a class, or speaking to a large group, she gives 110% to the effort. She wants people to feel that they have received more than their money's worth from her services. Her communication style is warm, interactive and energetic. She loves teaching, but loves learning as well, and believes that through the process of educating others, she will receive the greater educational benefits.

Rhonda has a degree in education and taught in public schools for several years before deciding to pursue a career in real estate. Real estate proved to be rewarding for her because she was able to combine her love for people with her love for challenging work. Her career in real estate naturally evolved into a position of training and teaching, when she was asked to train within one of the most prominent companies in the area. After being active "in the field" for approximately 16 years, and as an office trainer for a number of those years, she decided to dedicate herself to providing top-notch, hands-on, interactive seminars that are full of interesting and motivating material, and practical, real-life information that the real estate professional will be able to use in their everyday practice.

Besides being dedicated to helping others improve skills, which will ultimately raise their level of profitability, she is also dedicated to self-improvement and often attends classes to sharpen her skills and abilities. Designations and certifications that she holds include ABR, GRI, C-CREC, LTG, PMN, New Home Sales Specialist, and At Home With Diversity.
