today announced the commencement of RE
ALERTS, a national seminar series designed to provide
real estate agents with the critical tools and techniques necessary to succeed
in the constantly changing real estate business and market.

Michael Lancaster, executive vice president of sales and client services for
First American Residential Group. “With the real estate business in the
midst of significant change, real estate education and knowledge has not only
increased in importance, but also plays a critical role in preparing real estate
professionals for the ever-changing future.”
Hosted
and sponsored by First American title regions, the tour begins in San Bernardino,
Calif. on August 10th and will feature Ralph Roberts, named "Best-Selling
REALTOR® in America" by Time Magazine, national
real estate trends expert and leading author Stefan Swanepoel, and mentoring
guru Bill Shue. Topics of discussion will include the top trends currently shaping
and impacting the residential real estate industry, increasing profits in a challenging
market, and maximizing success potential. A panel of top producing brokers
and agents will also present their success stories, as well as different strategies
to survive and succeed in changing market conditions. First American’s San
Bernardino County Manager Dan Williams and Sales Manager Cornell Beans will open
and close the event.
