CLAUDIA CROWELL

RealtyU is proud to announce that it has awarded its Educator of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2007 to Claudia Crowell, the Director of Business Practices for RealtyU Affiliate Seattle-King County Association of REALTORS®.

Claudia was born and raised in Southern California, Claudia Crowell received her B. A. Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  Beckoned by the majestic beauty and serenity of the Puget Sound, she moved to Seattle Washington in 1988 and was hired by the Seattle-King County Association of REALTORS® in February 1989. 

As the Director of Business Practices, Claudia is responsible for bringing continuing education to its members.  She develops, implements and manages comprehensive business practices programs, including education programs, diversity / international real estate programs, proper use of NAR membership marks, product and service development, administration of the Professional Standards process and oversight of the CRS administration program.

As a member of RealtyU since 2005, Seattle-King County’s course offerings have included the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) Designation Courses that have been widely received its members.  In 2008, the Association looks forward to offering the new Designation Courses from RealtyU: Generational Housing Specialist (GHS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS) and Certified Neighborhood Specialist ((CNS).
