With Swanepoel gaining national popularity as best-selling author, specifically of the annual Swanepoel TRENDS Report and now also the hugely successful Swanepoel Social Media Report he has decided to spend the majority of his time writing and speaking. Swanepoel is also one of the most sought-after speakers in the real estate industry and has spoken to over 500,000 people during the last decade. He still maintains a busy schedule with some 40 keynote addresses every year and has spoken at almost every major real estate convention across the nation and in many countries across the world including Canada, Great Brittan, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil and South Africa.
