| ALISO VIEJO, CA, June 14, 2006 – The Seller Agency Council, owner of the ASR® (Accredited Seller Representative Designation), launched the online version of the highly sought after designation on June 5th. 2006. In the first week 121 agents registered to take the course online, including two international students: one from Singapore and one from Puerto Rico.
Honors of being the first real estate agent in the country to actually complete the entire ASR® program and qualify for the required 10 seller-assisted transactions go to Michael Pansini, a Realtor® with Century 21 Tenace Realty in Coral Springs, Florida.
According to Joe Kennedy, Executive Director of the Seller Agency Council, “The ASR® designation program focuses exclusively on seller agency, and better equips agents to work with sellers in declining markets across the country. It has become a buyers market in many areas,” he says. “The race is on to discover who can now serve the seller more efficiently; who can more effectively help him get to get the best price for his property.”
