RealtyU®, Inc. is proud to announce that Arthur R. Gary, owner of Arthur Gary School of Real Estate in Westbrook, Maine has been honored as RealtyU®’s Educator of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2007.

Arthur joined his real estate school with the RealtyU® Network in June, 2003 and brought with him a wealth of experience that has benefited all the members of RealtyU®.

Arthur has thirty-seven years of professional experience in real estate brokerage, sales training, public school teaching, adult education, university instructor, course development, sales and marketing, property management and personnel management.  He earned his BS degree at the University of Maine-Portland and holds numerous advanced real estate designations including: GRI, CRS, CBR, ABR, , ALHS, C-CREC and SRES.  

With his leadership the Arthur Gary School of Real Estate has been a key member of the RealtyU® Network and his support of advancing professional development in the real estate industry has been an example for all to emulate. 

His commitment to education in the real estate industry includes the development of a number of courses applicable to Maine’s agents and brokers that include:

•  Sales Agent Course
•  Non-resident Exam Prep Course

In addition Arthur has served the industry in a number of capacities such as:

•   Board of Directors of the Real Estate Educators Association of Maine
