Founded in 1963, the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® is the trade association for more than 1800 REALTOR® and affiliate members serving the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George and Caroline. Members also work in the surrounding counties of Westmoreland, Louisa, Orange and Prince William and in Northern Virginia. FAAR strongly supports the availability of affordable housing for all segments of the market and our code of ethics requires FAAR to support government policies designed to enhance home ownership opportunities. In an effort to build relationships with elected officials, the FAAR Board of Directors has developed this public policy statement to ensure our elected officials understand the REALTOR® position on issues of concern in the communities we serve.

The mission of the Moseley Flint School of Real Estate is to provide a high quality education, which is cost effective to those seeking to enter the real estate and appraisal business, and to those practitioners who are seeking to renew their license through both classroom and distance learning education.
For Real Estate Continuing Education, Moseley Flint offers courses on various subject matters such as: ethics, real estate technology, internet skills, and real estate finance. In addition, Moseley Flint offers Real Estate Pre-licensing courses. The Pre-licensing courses are offered during the day and in the evening.
The School has been a member of the RealtyU® Network of real estate schools and colleges since June of 1997.
