Tom and Peggy Daniel

Tom and Peggy Daniel have owned and operated the Tom Daniel School of Real Estate in Fayetteville, NC, since 1992, offering real estate salesman and broker prelicensing, continuing education and designation courses throughout North Carolina. They have had extensive experience in traditional real estate brokerage as well as owning and operating a real estate firm for Exclusive Buyer Representation for the last six years.

Tom was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1971 and has held a real estate license since 1989. He is an approved real estate instructor by the NC Real Estate Commission (NCREC), a senior GRI instructor for the REALTOR® Institute, and an approved instructor for the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC). Active with the Fayetteville Association of REALTORS® (FAR) and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® (NCAR), Tom currently serves as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Real Estate Education Foundation. He previously served as Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of NCAR and President of the Fayetteville Association. He received the 1999 NC Real Estate Educators Association (NCREEA) Educator of the Year Award, the 1997 NC Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR) Member of the Year Award, and the 1996 NCAR Regional Service Award.

Peggy has been a licensed real estate broker since 1977 and had over ten years' experience as a legal secretary/paralegal specializing in real estate transactions. She is also an approved instructor by NCREC and REBAC and provides the NAR Code of Ethics training for the Fayetteville Association of REALTORS® New Member Orientation program. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of both FAR and NCAR, having previously served as President of the Fayetteville Association, Chairman of the NCAR Forms Committee and a member of the NCAR/NC Bar Association Joint Forms Committee. Peggy received the NCAR Regional Service Award in 2000.

Tom Daniel Seminars and Education Center is fully accredited by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission since 1988 and they became part of the RealtyU Network in October of 2000.
