Founded in 19769, Tennessee Real Estate Educational Systems (TREES) is the oldest and largest privately owned real estate school in Tennessee. Today they have five permanent campuses teaching licensing and continuing education courses in Real Estate, Appraisal, Auctioneer and Home Inspection. In February of 1997, TREES were invited to become part of the RealtyU® Network of real estate schools and colleges.
