Stephen J. Martin
Stephen Martin is an author, business/association consultant and educator who has 28 years experience in executive and professional education. He developed the national award winning, statewide (35 college campuses) continuing education programs for the real estate business for Indiana University from 1970-1982, while he was a member of the Indiana University faculty and staff.
Since 1982 he has been President of the Center For Real Estate Education and Research, Inc., Indiana's largest real estate education company. He has overseen the delivery of executive education to over 250,000 individuals since 1970. He served as the Education Consultant to the National Association of REALTORS® in 1978 and presently sits on the NAR Real Estate Buyers Agency Council (REBAC) Advisory Board. In 1984 he served as the National President of the Real Estate Educators Association, creating the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) professional certification during his term.
Stephen is a graduate of the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University matriculated in the Indiana University Law School and worked toward an Ed.D. at the Indiana University School of Education and has received numerous awards from different industries for his development and administration of professional certification programs. |
