Rita Santamaria
Rita Santamaria founded Champions School of Real Estate in 1983. She received
her Broker's license in 1981 after graduating from Florida State University in

Year," The "Small Business of the Year" for the Greater Northwest Houston and
The "Instructor of the Year" for RealtyU®.
She is married to Henry and they have five young adult children and four grandchildren.
