Since 1983, real estate school owner Mary Ann Bush has gained a vast experience in residential, commercial, investment and property management. She holds numerous real estate certifications including ABR, C-CREC, CRS, GRI, Home with Diversity and the Senior Housing Specialist.
Bush Training goes beyond merely filling seats and course hours. The School is focused dedicated to the development and delivery of courses that keep agents moving forward in their career. For well over a decade, Mary Ann Bush has been offering courses in professional and personal development. During that time they have trained thousands of students, many of whom are top producing agents in the state.
In January of 2004, Michigan based Bush Training was invited to become part of the RealtyU® Network of real estate schools and colleges.

Middleton Real Estate Training was established in 1971 by Donna J. Middleton. Since 1980, Donna's daughter, Lori Chmura is running the real estate school. The curriculum has been expanded to include Real Estate, Appraisal, Builders, and Home Inspections and also boasts one of the highest passing averages in the state of Michigan. Middleton Real Estate Training has been a member of the RealtyU® Network of schools and colleges since August of 1997.
Middleton Real Estate Training is dedicated to providing its students with excellence in education by including informative as well as beneficial and up to date material. The goal is to develop students to be as professional as possible in the chosen occupation for which they serve.
