Arthur Gary Real Estate School is well known real estate school in Northeast. School Director Arthur Gary has been a real estate broker for over 20 years and a real estate educator for 16 years.
The School has given real estate courses throughout the Northeast for various boards of REALTORS®, Century 21, the University of Southern Maine, GRI and numerous real estate companies.

- Real Estate Educator of the Year, by REEA Maine 1993 and 1996.
- Their 'Associate Broker Practice' course was selected as Pre-Licensing Course of the Year in 1993 and again 1999.
- Their 'Associate Broker Legal Issues' was selected as Pre-Licensing Course of
the Year in 1994.
- Their 'You Worked Hard For Your License - Don't Let It Be Taken Away' course was awarded the Continuing Education Course of the Year in 1996.
- Their 'Multiple Offers- The Licensee's Role' was awarded the Continuing Education Course of the Year for 1999.
- Arthur was also honored as REALTOR® OF THE YEAR for the Portland Board of REALTORS® in 1998.
