Richard T. "Dick" Fryer

Dick Fryer has participated in a wide array of activities in the real estate industry since graduating from Florida State University in 1971. He has taught real estate related courses since 1978 and has personally instructed thousands of students over the past 25 years. In 1983 Dick incorporated IFREC Real Estate Schools, Central Florida's largest privately owned real estate educational facility and the only Florida real estate school to have fulfilled the requirements to receive national accreditation from The Council on Certification and Accreditation.

Dick currently serves as the immediate past President of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. Over the years he has served on subcommittees and participated in workshops for the Florida Real Estate Commission. In June 2002 he was elected President of REEA (Real Estate Educators Association), an international trade association for real estate educators and currently serves as Region 12 Vice President of The Florida Association of REALTORS® and is a National Association of REALTOR® (NAR) Director.

Most recently, Dick was awarded the 2002 Educator of the Year Award by The Florida Association of REALTORS® and has been appointed to The National Advisory Board of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).
